1. What method of payments do you accept?
   You will receive an invoice via e-mail. You have the choice to pay with your credit card or via electronic bank transfer.

2. Do I pay AFTER I see the work completed?
   Yes! You will view the completed work before you pay.

3. What are your turn-around times?
   Photography services are completed within 1 day. Videography services are completed within 2 days.

4. What days are you open?
   Our office hours are Monday - Sunday from 9am - 5pm.

5. Can I use your photo/video services to rent my listing?
   Yes! We work with individuals and property management firms who want to market their listings for rent.

6. Do you offer commercial or industrial services as well?
   Yes! We offer residential, commercial, and industrial photography/videography.

7. What cities do you offer your services?
   We currently serve all of San Francisco and most cities in the East Bay and the Peninsula.
